PART 1 CONTROL SYSTEM INTRODUCTION AND INSTALLATION

(Fig.1)Single-valve control system;(Fig.2) two-valve control system.The connection guidelines are shown(Fig.3).

1.Wire the power cord to the cigarette lighter position in the driver’s compartment or the trunk with a cigarette lighter jack,and plug the valve connecting wire into the motor to energize it for use.

2.The buttons of the remote control have 3 main gears, press the ON button to open the valve all the way, press the OFF button to close the valve all the way, press the AUTO button twice for fine tuning,and press it three times to close it completely.

PART 2 INSTALLATION STEPS

1,2.Matching of remote control

Step 1:Firstly,turn on the power of the control system and check whether it is energized or not,(as shown in the right figure)the red light of the power line is on,which indicates that the control system has been energized.


Step 2:Insert any sharp object(e.g.,wire)into the small hole on the controller.Press and hold down the OFF or ON button of the remote control at the same time.Until you hear a beep and the controller’s indicator lights up green,the match is successful.(If the match fails,you can repeat the match several times).

Step3:Control system installation:usually installed in the trunk(please fix to avoid shaking).

3.1.You need to pass the valve connecting wire through the back box vent to the chassis to connect with the muffler valve and fix the wire harness at the bottom with a wire tie.

3.2.Pull the excess wiring harness from the trunk to the trunk to organize and hide it in the trunk.(If the power cord is routed through the cigarette lighter in the driver’s compartment,lower the rear seats and route the power cord through the hidden cigarette lighter location under the rear seat footrests to the driver’s compartment)

PART 3 INSTALLATION OF EXHAUST SYSTEM

1.Remove the stock exhaust that needs to be modified from the front to the rear of the car.(When installing the header section,you need to remove the original car’s clips and install the modified exhaust together.)For example,some BMW models need to use the original carabiner to fix the tail section interface and header section link part.

2.The exhaust pipe adopts segmented design and is fixed and installed by clamps. Arrange the installation according to the corresponding serial number marking of the interface.(If you need better airtightness of the exhaust pipe,you need to add liquid sealant between the pipe openings,please contact the sales staff for specific sealant)

3: INSTALLATION STEPS:

3.1 Firstly,place the exhaust pipe according to the diagram,check whether the accessories are complete, including the control system and clips).


3.2 Remove the original exhaust pipe,install it from the front to the back,install it according to the data order(1-2-3-4-5-6-7),you don’t need to tighten all the screws when installing.Fix it after all installation and adjustment is completed.

PART 4 PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION PRECAUTIONS

Installation Precautions

1.If the location is not specified in advance , there will be no return or exchange service . If the diameter of the pipe is increased,personalized products will not accept any return or refund action for non-quality issues.


2.Installation exhaust and any missing part of the chassis should be retained at least 1 cm distance to avoid collision with the chassis during driving, resulting in impact rattles.


3.Exhaust tone problem. As the video sound is affected by the cell phone equipment,the scene environment,each person’s hearing is different and other factors.Therefore,exhaust tone problem is not a condition for return or exchange.

PART 5 TROUBLESHOOTING COMMON PROBLEMS

Please install the batteries and pair the valve and remote control , please refer to page 2 of the control system matching tutorial for specific matching tutorial.

1.Check whether the connecting wire of the valve body on the other side is plugged in firmly to avoid poor contact.
2.You need to check whether the motor is damaged, remove the motor and check whether the motor runs normally under power on.
3.The circuit is intact , the motor can not turn? Contact business to replace the motor.
4.The motor can turn normally , the valve does not work ? Turn the valve shaft by hand to see if it turns normally.Under normal conditions,reinstall the motor to the valve and test again.

In this case , method 1 : The positive and negative wires of the valve connector are not connected correctly and need to be rewired.Rewire according to the valve connector diagram.
Method 2 : Switch both motors , plug in the wire harness , reconnect the power supply and test if it opens or closes at the same time .

Normally , after a period of use,exclude the wiring harness and remote control has battery.Because the valve is under the car. Will experience a variety of complex road conditions. Therefore , the valve rotary shaft will inevitably have mud plug , which will lead to the valve can not be opened , that is , we need to use rust remover or cleaner to the valve rotary shaft for high-pressure cleaning.

When we dismantle the motor for testing , when reinstalling the motor , we need to energize the motor , press the AUTO button on the remote control , rotate the motor chuck to the same level as the screw holes on the left and right ends of the motor,and then connect the motor to the valve spindle while securing the motor to the valve seat,and finally lock the locking screws.
