I. Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

We provide a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for all products, calculated from the date of shipment of the original purchase order.

2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers issues resulting from defects in manufacturing workmanship or raw materials under normal use conditions, specifically including:

− Welding defects: Such as weld cracking or failure in exhaust piping, valve assemblies, or mounting brackets.

− Material defects: Such as severe rusting or corrosion of stainless steel (SUS304) under normal operating conditions that is not caused by external force.

3. Claims and Resolution Process

− Contact: Please contact us at fuquandecai@gmail.com within 7 days of discovering the issue.

− Information Required: Include your order number and photos or videos that clearly show the issue.

− Assessment and Solution: Our technical support team will review your materials within 2 business days. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide free repair or replacement.

4. Exclusions
This warranty does not apply in the following situations:

− Improper installation: Installation by non-professionals or failure to follow installation guidelines.

− Misuse or abuse: Use in racing, off-roading, or other competitive non-road activities.

− Unauthorized modifications: Any form of cutting, welding, or structural modification performed by you or a third party.

− Normal wear and tear: Cosmetic scratches, fading, or slight discoloration resulting from long-term use.

− Indirect losses: Any personal injury, vehicle damage, or other property loss resulting from product failure.

5. Shipping Costs

− If the claim is approved, we cover return shipping for the repaired/replacement product.

− The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the defective product back, as well as any applicable customs duties and related fees.

6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to repair or replacement in accordance with this policy. GFC-Exhaust shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or punitive damages. We reserve the right to revise this policy; the latest version will be published on the website.
